I also have an 8 month old! I'm at 244 now...I haven't been walking cause it's so cold, and I've been lazy about my calories the past week. But I've been doing zumba....so here's to restarting my motivation!

I know it's gonna sound crazy, but maybe you can try to plan to shop everyday for food, or every few days. I know it takes a lot of time out of your schedule, but then you don't have to worry about having tons of food at home. Just an idea.

you can get those early detection pregnancy tests...I bought a box when I though I was pregnant before I had missed my period, and they worked! Turned out I was! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Don't worry, I do it too sometimes...I just have to remind myself that I don't have to hide what I want to eat. Sometimes I get in the mindset that when no one is around then that is my chance to eat whatever I want without getting caught. Just make sure you log it as soon as you eat it. I find that really helps me! Good…

I had that oikos greek yogurt, it was fabulous! I got the kind with the fruit on the bottom, only 140 calories for a cup. I'm sure you could add whatever cereal you want to it, but it was great. Very rich and creamy, and satisfying!

I also try to make a lot of tea, either iced tea (no sugar) if its hot out, or warm green tea if its cold, that way you get a little flavor, an energy boost, and you daily water amount!

I agree I think you need a snack in between. But I also agree with adding the hard boiled egg. You can boil a weeks worth on sunday, and then they're ready to go!
