You are eating way too much processed food and treats. You need to make better calorie choices. Home made chicken breast, fresh veggies and fruit. I think what she means is how can you add foods to your"My Foods" or "Frequents" list without adding them to the diary. I actually have this question too. I have been adding them to the diary and then deleting them out so they stay in the Frequents list.
