  • Hi, just make sure you eat enough calories to reach your daily goal while exercising. Just a reminder that not enough calories sends your body into starvation mode making weight loss challenging. I often make that mistake then get frustrated and fall back into my bad habits. Best of luck - I am returning after a 3 year gap.
