Hi, I'm 50 and joined in Jan. To date, lost 27 lbs. Not finding it too hard to lose weight this time (I've been on weight watchers several times) and noticed it's all in portion control. Started making vegetable/fruit shakes to help with cravings and snacks. Good luck on yr journey.
