Hi! I am coming back to this website since I fell off the bandwagon from when I first joined. I lost weight but once I stopped my diet and exercise I gained it back plus some : / . I'm 26, 5'7, and now at 175 (which is my heaviest ever). My goal is 120-130. I also lack self motivation but I am not happy with the way I look…
