If i don't have it, i wouldn't wanna eat it so I avoid buying sweets. If u have it, there is nothing that is going to stop you from eating it. Next time you go to the supermarket or grocery, just pass by it. It's not worth you money anyways.

Try eating more than 1200 Calories. The 1200 calories may have sent your body into starvation mode. Also, read about BMR and TDEE. Goodluck!:smile:

Eating healthy. I am used to working out right after waking up but it is difficult to stay away from some of the foods that I love.

5 weeks ago, I could not run half a lap of a football field, which is less than a quarter of a mile. yesterday I ran 2miles straight and was not heaving and panting like some weeks before!! very big deal for me!

it's different for each person. I was told that the first part of your body where you gained weight is usually the first part you'll lose the weight.
