  • The PT-One (pistolwear.com) is very comfortable with a Kel-Tec .380 while jogging and I would assume the PT-2 (which they suggest is better for women) would be comfortable as well. It is designed for exercise.
  • Honestly - walk up some stairs, take a quick run, anything dealing with cardio; it will show you the damage you are doing. I was a 1 to 2 pack a day smoker until I realized I could not walk up a flight of stairs without nearly passing out.......it's a mental "click" that happens when you realize you just don't "need" them…
