Thank you all for your responses..... I am also loving the 21 day fix. I've been incorporating 21 Day Fix with Slim in 6 workouts, staying within my 1200 calorie/day diet...and I'm not seeing the numbers on the scale go down. It's soooo frustrating! I'm blaming it on the wine! ugh

I've been using 3 and 5 lb dumbbells....however, I have a collection of Beachbody workouts so I have a few resistance bands. So far the workout is pretty good. It's intense for only 30 minutes. But I'll be honest, I feel like I get more of a workout with T25 and Slim in 6. But I'll do the 21 days and see how it is. I'm not…

I'm 5'6"...I would LOVE to get down to 140'ish. I have absolutely no desire to fit in a size 3. A size 7 would be fine with me....and I want to keep my hips, thighs and butt intact. I just want to slim down the waist/stomach area and get rid of these saddle bags! UGH

I would have a Big Mac or Whopper at least once or twice a week..... Not going to lie....I've been craving both this past week. I haven't had any fast food in over 2 months! One of these days, I will treat myself to half of a Big Mac or Whopper! YUM!

I am a member at Planet Fitness....however, I haven't stepped foot in the gym since late February. I've been doing T25. I'm on my 3rd week and also doing Slim in 6 on the weekends. I'm eating 1200 calories per day. I do not eat back the calories I'm burning from working out either.

I've been doing ALOT of squats and I feel like that's what's making it smaller. lol OR maybe I'm just not eating enough and working out too much. I don't know.
