I just started T25 last week and let me just tell you....it's hardwork! I lost over 3 inches the first week. That's only with the workout and logging everything I eat on MFP and staying within my calorie goal. It's not an easy workout, therefore, you will see results! I highly recommend it. It will kick your *kitten*! :D

12 Years A Slave.....I only got 1 hour into it and I had to turn it off. I was boiling with so much anger that it brought be to tears! I would like to TRY to finish it, but not sure if I can handle it! ugh! My husband and I then watched Homefront. That was a really good movie! I love Jason Statham!

I am currently on my first week of Alpha. It's still tough for me to get through the workouts, but I'm still pushing..... I'm hoping with time, I get better :) How long before you were able to push through the whole workout without any breaks. I tend to follow Shaun and then I have to remind myself that Tania is right…

OMG! I should try without my shoes on too because I also have carpet and it's definitely a pain in the butt because I feel like I'm tripping all over the place! lol I'm a pretty coordinated person. I started logging my food intake daily, T25, cut out soda.....and staying within 1200 calorie a day diet. It's not easy, but it works and I feel great!

Thank you all for your responses. I did the Alpha Speed 1.0 last night.....that one wasn't as tough for me to get through. However, I'm super sore today and can barely walk up the stairs. Oh, but it hurts so good. I don't mind it. NO PAIN, NO GAIN!
