If you want a free resource, I recommend checking out http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness.asp. They post short workout /strength training videos and they can vary from 5 or 6 minutes to 20 or 30 minutes. I think they also give you technique instruction.

I am currently in WW and using MFP. The new WW plan really does force you to focus on eating healthier and promoting more natural foods without looking at calories.
