I know this will shock a lot of the judgemental people here, but clearly you trust your DR and nutritionist more then anonymous people on the Internet. As with anywhere, there are judgemental people on this site. Don't let that deter you. There are lots of supportive peopple here who are much more tactful than the few…

I have a BPA free 32 ounce bottle. I drink two of them before lunch (= 8 glasses). Then I drink one more in the afternoon, and one more during the gym after work (=16 glasses or a gallon). On non workout days, I drink 2 bottles before lunch and 2 bottles before I leave work. This way, most of the water passes before I go…

One of my favorite snacks is Chobani plain greek yogurt (0% fat) with one packet of Stevia and one 1 TBSP of unsweetened shredded coconut. It is very filling. With the plain yogurt, it drastically reduces the sugar/carb content.

Amen! Have we lost so much weight that we run out of things to complain about? My friends do not judge me. We are all on different journeys. Do not judge lest ye be judged.

This is what I do. I have All Whites egg whites. I measure out 9 TBSP (equivalent to 3 egg whites) into a small tupperware bowl. I add some seasoning and take that to work. I microwave it at work for 1:10 minutes and they are PERFECT! You can add whatever veggies and protein you like, but it microwaves nicely.

Of all places, I just had luck at Dollar General. They carry up to 3X in workout pants with matching jackets. I got men's plain Tshirts to match.

I'm not in the UK, but I recently stumbled upon Primal Fuel and I love it. Especially when I use coconut water instead of plain water. Kind of expensive though at $79/tub.

I use a little half n half, no sugar. Stevia in the raw is a really good sweetener.

Took the words right out of my mouth. I disagree that a calorie is a calorie. I also think that if weight loss is the goal, maybe don't eat back the exercise calories. Seems like by doing that you are just maintaining and not losing. IMO.

Ditto! Especially when Anise is involved.

Hi everyone! 5'4" here, although I am convinced I am 5' 4 1/2". :grumble: I am new to MFP but so far, I like the Groups better. I find it much easier to navigate. I will be around for a while because I have 110 to 110 lbs to lose.

I'm new to MFP, but not to weight loss journeys. So what the heck, I will venture a response. Sounds like you may be at a plateau or near a plateau, so your body is used to what you are doing with it (i.e. food and exercise). I would try to vary your foods and exercise. If you usually eat lean chicken, turkey, shrimp as an…

I am on a specific diet (just started), and part of the protocol is to actually weigh yourself daily. Without boring you with the details of the diet, when I have plateau days, I am supposed to "have an apple day," as in to eat an apple for every meal until I get to dinner. Drink a gallon of water throughout the day. For…

Hi! Just signed up to this site yesterday and need buddies! I turn 39 this December and like you said, 40 is right around the corner. I need to lose about 100 lbs and get back in shape. My husband and I want children and I am in no shape for that right now. I know my clock is ticking too, so gotta get a move on.
