  • Yes. Be sure to double check the nutritional info on foods in the database. On occasion I have discovered that some of the info is incorrect.

  • subtract the amount of dietary fiber from the total carb = net carbs. If the product contains sugar alcohols, deducted that amount also as it does not affect the blood sugar level. check out atkins.com to learn more about net carbs.

  • For me no because no two days have been alike for me. I either didn't exercise and I'm sure I didn't maintain the same calorie count. I may have walked one day and did dvd exercises the next.
