  • It's a small one, but this weekend I noticed that in my jeans, my stomach no longer touches the steering wheel when I drive and it's easier to fasten the seatbelt which is normally chocking me to death as I drive.
  • If you're worried about the fat you could always try making it with half avocado and half mashed lima beans, green peas or shelled soybeans/edamame. The peas will add a touch of sweetness but it's still yummy and makes a great topping or dip.
