At 23 glasses of water a day I wouldn't have to worry about exercising with all the running back and forth to the bathroom :) I'm lucky to get to 8 each day but it could make for an interesting goal to try for. Thanks for posting!

I'm smaller on top than on the bottom so I feel like my shirt size will go down faster like you. That really sucks because my stomach is so big/hangs down so I only wear tops that will hang past it so I'm still going to have to wait for my pants size to go down to buy new tops.

I can't wait to get back into lane Bryant clothes too. I'd just love to have some trendy clothes. Like you my clothes are baggy so its so hard to tell. A number to aim for would be a great mini goal. I've lost about 30 lbs and the only thing that really seems to be shrinking are my feet :)

So my goals were to do my exercise tape and pack snacks to take with me. I would say I was kind of successful. I did pack and take all my snacks but didn't do my DVD. But all is not lost I did make an effort to get in some extra walking, like taking the stairs and walking around the mall. Hopefully this week will be better.

I think they are all great rules, if the work for you. I do follow some. Fast food is one of my big triggers so one of the rules I have for myself is: if I want it I have to park and go inside and get it. Works out well because I very rarely am willing to go inside.

During my TOM I'm usually up 2-3 lbs. I weigh myself everyday anyway just so my eating doesn't go completely out of control. I'm most likely to start and continue to binge on junk food or fast food during that time so I know if it goes higher I need to try to refocus.
