It was hard for me to up my calories. I haven't even changed it on here yet. It all makes sense though once you read the info. But it has gotten harder for me also.

With my kids schedules, I have to eat out all of the time. I try to stick to chain restaurants so that I can find the calories on MFP app. I also have a problem with veggies but I am learning. If you get input into where you go, choose Applebees if there is one around. They have a lot of meals that are under 550 calories.…

I do not track gum. The gum I chew is 5 calories. I figure that I burn more than that chewing it.
