I have had this also since I can remember-probably around 12? I am 24 now with the same old double belly. I am currently 155 and want to get down to 120. 130 is the lowest I've been and still had it. It does get smaller, but I want it to be gone!! I currently am running to try to get most of the weight off-then focus more…
