Do you have hand weights or heavy cans? You could do bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, and shoulder raises. Also if you have stairs you can do calf raises.

Try mixing up your workout. Running is great but you may want to incorporate strength training or calisthenics. The more lean muscle you have the faster your metabolism. =) Don't give up!

I had the same problem when I was your age...lost all my weight and now that I had my son I have weight to lose. You can always turn things around; better now that later!

I'm with you! I just had a baby 4 months ago and I'm trying to lose 50 lbs and at least 30lbs by June!

I'm a new stay at home mom and my goal is to lose 50lbs as well! =) Also I'm 20 years old.

I'm not concerned with size as much as just losing 50lbs and looking acceptable. I just had a baby and need some serious fat loss. I'd be satisfied with a 14...I've always been big boned so 14 for me is slim.

I just had my son 4 months ago. I did a few workouts then became unmotivated and am now JUST starting the 30 day shred. Good luck!
