I definitely go crazy bananas on a junk meal from time to time. As long as I don't see a pattern of it throughout the week it's fine with me. I just try to keep the rest of my food for the day nutritious, maybe push a bit longer/harder in my workout, and makes sure tomorrow is a better day. :)
