i agree with the above posters. Def keep eating and try to keep active. Occupy your mind with small daily goals - each small step counts. technically im 5'-8.5"......my weight is mostly in my hips, thighs and rear. i started at 170lbs my body fat is 32.2% and I want to get down to around 145lbs. I'll have to see how i look and feel once i get close bc as i recall ( i was 145 in college - looooong time ago) anything lower than 145 and i look gaunt and sickly.

i think it really depends on your body.....i had a 6 pack with 28% body fat BUT ive never gained weight there. even after 3 kids my belly is flat bc i store fat in other places
