I also once saw a guy doing these stupid looking karate moves ........while holding heavy barbells! Then one slipped and flew across the room. Such a freaking retard. PS This didnt happen at the gym PPS Im ashamed to say it happend at home and he was my weirdo ex bf. Real keeper, that one.

I once saw a guy running backwards on a treadmill. all eyes were glued to him ....just waiting. he fell like 5 times before the attendant asked him to leave. lol. i think we were all trying to figure out just what it was he was trying to achieve. idk. oh and he had on rediculous knee socks. like with who does that?

cool! i so agree on 1200 calories i was snacking all times of the night bc id literally wake up starving. ive also noticed tht if i dont get enuff protein i tend to eat watevers in sight!

hi im 164lbs and 5'8 w a goal weight of abt 145. ive been on here a month and lost 4 pounds total. TTH i do 40 minutes of hiit w a bootcamp trainer. Fri n Sun i lift for abt an hour n do 30 minutes of cardio either sprinting intervals or the ellipical. My question is will lifting heavy make my thighs even (gasp) bigger?!…

i wear them or else my skin rubs off. the heavier the weight the more friction it creates. just make sure they fit well for the best grip-nice n snug

i also do hit on the treadmill or elliptical. i dont worry much about specific speeds i just vary the tempo. ill go all out for 5 min, then jog for 5, then walk, then run, then sprint. just keep changing it up. u should be drenched in sweat when all is said and done.

i think generally its pretty low. but it also depends on where u store fat. my bf % is high but ive got the beginnings of a 4 pack

slim fast always made me ravenously hungry! I much prefer meal replacement bars. More calories but at least i get to chew and have something heavy in my belly.

I'd be so happy to drop the minimum of 5lb. ive been at a brick wall for the last 2 weeks. No weight loose, no drop in body fat nothing - i actually gained a pound! so ive upped my calories so that i net at least 1200 after working out. (sigh) i hope this doesnt screw me up for the next few weeks :(
