    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, but forgot to track dinner.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got out walking even if it was shopping.
    What would I have done differently? Not ate after I tracked my dinner. I had fiber cereal
    and a slice of bread. :ohwell:
    What is today's personal goals? Eat right, track, and drink my water.

    What would I have done differently? maybe not quite to many carbs, more fiber
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calorie goal, possibly yoga class, show my friend around my gym 'cause she's considering a membership

    My chiroprator has suggested Pilates to help my back, so I will be getting
    instructions with a private instructor for that. Just called today, waiting for

    Well, I will be gone for a week. I get to go with my son's senior class for a service trip to an orphanage in Guatemala. Super excited to return and see the children. I went 2 years ago with my daughter's class. Lots of stair climbing at high elevation. Curious if I will notice a difference in my stamina!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Returned home from vacation with my 11 year old daughter. We drove 9-10 hours to Williamsburg, VA. (and back) Priceless:bigsmile: Had my first deep tissue massage - very nice :bigsmile: My daughter and I had pedicures. Nice relaxing mini-vacation. It was nice to take a mental break from all of this. I've really been beating myself up.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes made it thru jogging without cluthing heart
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I refrained from judo chopping my ex bf OH and i ate well dispite emotional issues. I weighed in and had actually loss weight.
    What would I have done differently? spaced my meals and snacks out better

    What is today's personal goals? To have a great zumba workout tonight.
