    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went out for dinner with friends because my girlfriend
    is having surgery today. We also gave her a get well card.
    What would I have done differently? Had more water
    What is today's personal goals? Drink more water, less coffee

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ate in balance all day, under on calories
    What would I have done differently? even though I was under calories - too much salt, and chips at lunch weren't great choice

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - NO
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made an appt. for SS benefits for my retirement.
    Bought new chairs for the patio, visited my cousin who had brain surgery. He's doing fine. :flowerforyou:
    What would I have done differently? Not had the appetizer at the Olive Garden. Always too much
    sodium.
    What is today's personal goals? Walk, drink water, calorie count.
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Thursday - 25 mins. Strength training with weights and
    stretching exercises for my lower back.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got stuff done and got started on cleaning up the basement. This is going to be a long project. I have to reclaim "mice territory" :sick: YUK!
    What would I have done differently? Earlier to bed. Adjusting from California time!
    What is today's personal goals? A good long walk, prep for Bible studies, bake for a care package to my college daughter, time in the dungeon (basement).

    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Eat right, no exercise a day off, track food
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Stationary bike for 38 mins 401 calories.

    I try to track here on the weekends but its difficult, we are not home a lot, but this weekend
    we are so I am deligent in tracking and eating right.

    What is today's personal goals? A walk, prep for Bible studies, enjoy a relaxing Sunday

    What would I have done differently? track calories - I slack on weekends. I feel like all my hard work during the week is undone in 2 days... need to make some changes on the weekend. :noway:

    •Mini goal - 3/31/12 190 -didn't make it - scale is going in the wrong direction. Will weigh myself on Friday and enter in my weight. I don't think it's going to be pretty. I haven't updated my ticker in a while. :explode: :grumble:

    Hello Kristen! I totally understand the week-end slacking. I am trying to recover from that myself. If I could eliminate week-ends and vacations from my life.. that would stink! :angry: But I would do better! I'm trying to manage the good ! You're daily check-in has been really helpful!

    :flowerforyou: Shirley... What is the point of all this if we can't indulge in a little chocolate or a cookie once in awhile! :wink: You stayed with-in your calorie goal - you did great!! If guilt burned calories it would be worth it - otherwise I'm just skipping it!

    My daughter wants to back cupcakes and brownies. I am already thinking about who I am going to give them away too. My husband and daughter don't like when I do that :laugh: I love to bake but I don't like the stuff hanging around the house because I have NO WILLPOWER!! :bigsmile:
