    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? just over on calories but I'm counting it as a win
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ate in balance most of the day, just over on calories
    What would I have done differently? didn't need 2 bedtime snacks
    What is today's personal goals? track calories, eat in balance, already did an hour of step

    My daughter wants to back cupcakes and brownies. I am already thinking about who I am going to give them away too. My husband and daughter don't like when I do that :laugh: I love to bake but I don't like the stuff hanging around the house because I have NO WILLPOWER!! :bigsmile:
    Fresh out of the oven is the worst ... I just can't leave them alone when I can smell them!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Over again. I'm having a hard time bringing my calorie level back down!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? -Except the calories!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? More basement cleaning
    What would I have done differently? Checked my calories BEFORE my night snack! Funny how I wasn't as hungry once I added them up! :ohwell:
    What is today's personal goals? Errands, stay under on cals, a little laundry. a little elliptical

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - all but the calories
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did my back exercises and had a massage.
    What would I have done differently? Not gone over on my calories.
    What is today's personal goals? Today is my birthday but I have been good so far for
    calories. Tonight dinner out and dessert.
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Tuesday, just stretching exercises.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? tried a new class at the Y - Body Sculpt
    What would I have done differently? The Cardio Circuit class and the Body Sculpt class - I was scared :noway: Next week I will do both of them :bigsmile:
    What is today's personal goals? Zumba with friends tonight, log my calories, stay under and check in

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? in control of what I was eating
    What would I have done differently? should have had 1/2 the taco at dinner since I was pretty full
    What is today's personal goals? track calories ... screwed up at lunch and had DQ burger and onion rings ... need to work hard to stay under calories today with no exercise planned beyond a short walk.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got almost all of our ticket for our family's August trip to San Diego. I think it took a total of 6 hours! Mileage tickets are certainly not "free"! :grumble:
    What would I have done differently? Skipped the animal crackers!
    What is today's personal goals? NROL (done!) Catch-up and be on track for tonight's Good Friday services.

    What is today's personal goals? Eat right, track and get my walk in today.
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Wednesday no exercise, Thursday cleaned 230 mins.

    Today is my anniversary and I do plan on having dinner out tonight.
    I will watch the calories.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? busy weekend - Sat night attended my ex-husband's wedding - lots of wine :noway: Yesterday cooked Easter lunch. Yum!
    What would I have done differently? Check in like I said I was going to do :grumble:
    What is today's personal goals? Yoga, core attack class, boot camp, log my calories, stay under and check in

    What would I have done differently? Not eaten so much, kind of got out of control
    What is today's personal goals? Laundry and clean up kitchen from yesterday and if time
    exercise.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had an appt. with SS for my benefits.
    What would I have done differently? Exercised so being over didn't matter.
    What is today's personal goals? Already exercised and eat right and drink water.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got in a brisk walk, made dinner for people in our church
    What would I have done differently?stopped eating BEFORE the strawberry shortcake
    What is today's personal goals? NROL (Done!), stay under on calories, prepare for my meeting, write minutes and on and on - Better get to it!
