What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I exercised 5 days last week; cleaned my house yesterday
What would I have done differently? track calories - I slack on weekends. I feel like all my hard work during the week is undone in 2 days... need to make some changes on the weekend. :noway:

Hello Kristen! I totally understand the week-end slacking. I am trying to recover from that myself. If I could eliminate week-ends and vacations from my life.. that would stink!But I would do better! I'm trying to manage the good ! You're daily check-in has been really helpful!
