    Shirley I hear ya, I was hoping to lose one lb a week and here we are about 11 weeks in this year and I have only lost 5 lbs. Last couple weeks I have had small gains so I have lost my early momentum. I also changed my profile to lose 2 lbs per week and will try to keep closer to my goal.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Helped a homeless person not become homeless. helped them move into their Apartment.
    What would I have done differently? not eat the ham.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Racked the backyard, swept basement floor put laundry away,
    changed around my closet for summer clothes.
    What would I have done differently? I would have like to get my walk in too but it didn't happen.
    What is today's personal goals? Eat right and count all calories.
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Tuesday just did things around house.

    Ushkii: One pound a week is really all we need to do to be successful.
    Two pounds is good don't get me wrong, but trying to reach too high too fast
    maybe a recipe for not getting where you want. Good Luck on your plan and

    Exercise this week Sun-Sat- Wednesday, Cleaned the downstairs and wiped down
    the patio furniture.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 40 mins walk, cleaned inside my car and did errands
    What would I have done differently? I did have a beer and one glass of wine with friends.
    What is today's personal goals? Exercise and watch calories
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat -Thursday, 40 mins. walking

    Since I lowered my calories I am finally losing again. :bigsmile:

    :embarassed: Hadn't realized I had been AWOL sdince Tuesday! Busy days!
    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Def. went over yesterday, snackin' and then dinner at a friends!
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Actually had an "accomplished day!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Oodles of laundry?
    What would I have done differently? Got to NROL - Different people in and out of the house helped me to make an excuse not to get to it. Bad decision - led to a poor eating day besides! :angry:

    What would I have done differently?Not had Falafal and salsa for a snack. Definitely
    not have that chocolate sundae on Sunday night.
    What is today's personal goals? Eat right, exercise
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - No exercise on Saturday took day off. Sunday 35 mins. walking.

    I really blew it on the weekend. I had Japanse food, chip snacks and chocolate sundae.
    My Monday weigh in was not good. I hope to get back on track today and see a loss this week. :tongue:

    What is today's personal goals? to get at least 30 minutes of exercise in, to drink 8 glasses of water, to stay below my calorie limits!

    Goal 30 minutes a day! 210 minutes a week!

    Sat: 60 minutes
    Sun:105 minutes (stationary bike & walking included)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Yoga, the elliptical and went back to the Y last night for a new bootcamp class. It was the first time in 2 years that I've attended a class in the evening -So proud!!! (The Y just added some new classes... look forward to taking some more). I usually work out at lunchtime.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Called my girlfriend she having knee
    replacement surgery on Wednesday and we are having dinner tonight.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Exercise eat right and drink water. Cut down coffee to
    one a day. Too much caffeine.

    Middle of the week, hump day! Today and yesterday are flying by, no time to snack! That is great for me. The more busy I am the less time I have to snack.
