Shirley I hear ya, I was hoping to lose one lb a week and here we are about 11 weeks in this year and I have only lost 5 lbs. Last couple weeks I have had small gains so I have lost my early momentum. I also changed my profile to lose 2 lbs per week and will try to keep closer to my goal.0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Racked the backyard, swept basement floor put laundry away,
changed around my closet for summer clothes.
What would I have done differently? I would have like to get my walk in too but it didn't happen.
What is today's personal goals? Eat right and count all calories.
Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Tuesday just did things around house.
Ushkii: One pound a week is really all we need to do to be successful.
Two pounds is good don't get me wrong, but trying to reach too high too fast

I really blew it on the weekend. I had Japanse food, chip snacks and chocolate sundae.
