What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? booked a mini-vacation for my daughter and I for April Oh and the elliptical for 45 mins
What would I have done differently? track all my calories yesterday and not this morning. Always logging my dinner the next day. Not go over by 200 :noway:

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? yes, but barely! LOL!!!!!!!!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I did exercise not the intensity I wanted but it was something!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did not just sit on couch and let brain ooooze.
What would I have done differently? If I had had more energy I would have done a more hard workout and went to the gym.
What is today's personal goals? Do a more intense workout!
Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) Try and workout at least 4-5 days this coming week.
It was TOM and I ain't gone lie it is a struggle to even brush teeth so doing the minimum is what I do...I try to exercise but it may not always happen. My goal is always at least 30 minutes. I also need to get my grocery routine back...been off track for past 3 weeks.0 -

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? -Yes, besides the EATING!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate only one plate at Bunko. (The food not the plate :laugh: )
What would I have done differently? Earlier start for the day! Made for a slow start this morning! :grumble:

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? -Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took my sister to dinner along with her son and his wife and my family.
What would I have done differently? of course ate better but you have to enjoy youself some times.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?Ate conservatively through the day so I did not have to worry about my calories at a banquet we attended last night.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I've been bringing my neighbors dinner on Thursday nights because the mother has been sick. Two days ago she was placed in a nursing home. She lost her battle last night with cancer. My hearts breaks for her 14 year old daughter and the rest of the family.
What would I have done differently? nothing

What is today's personal goals? Getting a walk in weather is 50F if I can
Exercise this week Sun-Sat - No exercise this week.
I have been nurturing my lower back. I have disc problems and it was a bad week
for doing exercise. I took a break. I will be leaving Sunday for 3-days and doing skiing
during this time. I do have a hot stone massage booked for Monday.
So just trying to get back in shape again. I hope next week goes better.

I weighed in today and now after losing 2.8 pounds after vacation I am up again.
This is a never ending cycle lately. I hope when the weather breaks I can get down
