    What would I have done differently? not had pizza just because it was there
    What is today's personal goals? track calories, eat in balance, already did over an hour of step

    Sorry, i've had a rough couple of days and was feeling discouraged...

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Let my hubby pamper me and try to help me get better instead of trying to push my way through a workout
    What would I have done differently? not nearly as much fast food
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calorie goal, possibly light workout...go to bed early and get enough rest

    What would I have done differently? eaten the lunch I brought instead of going to Leeann Chins, not had double supper, and not made shortcake for dessert

    What would I have done differently? more fiber, not such a high sodium dinner
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calorie goal, higher fiber and protein, hopefully a weight circuit and session on the elliptical. Would love to go to Disneyland tonight!

    What would I have done differently? Exercised and not had fries for dinner.

    Sat. - 4/28- Rest day, back acting up. Maybe some shopping just to do some walking.

    This has not been a good week for tracking and kind of got off track with choosing the
    wrong snacks. My lower back issues are still with me so my exercise has been limited.
    I am working on that with my chiropractor and my Pilates instructor to get me stronger
    and pain free. So I will drudge along with you all!!
