Fantastic progress, you look incredible! Well done, you should be so proud

I worked with a girl who was fat around the middle and went into hospital with tummy pains, she collapsed at work. She was being treated for infertility at the time and had a pregnancy test every few weeks, each one was negative and they were really disheartened about it.. The emergency Dr ordered a scan, suspected a…

Fantastic work, you look great and you should be incredibly proud of yourself. Thanks for sharing with us.

I could eat a cooked breakfast every day and love bacon, eggs and sausage. I probably only eat sausage twice a week, but I'd happily eat it every day lol. You can add them to quiche, make patties out of them (sometimes they are tastier than a burger) and use them to make Scotch Eggs (delicious!).

Wow what a difference, you look like your own daughter :-) Fantastic achievement

It depends on your weight and activity level. I'm 190lbs and eat 1500-1600 a day and I'm still losing weight.

This site has lots of ideas for all meals but her induction menu is very good, I make variations of the quiches and whitecastle hamburger pie and eat it over a few days either for lunch (with salad) or dinner (with veggies), they also freeze well. http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html I found this one the other day, it's…

What a fantastic achievement! You must be delighted?

Well done, keep up the great work. You'll be zooming up the stairs and wondering who that 'out of breath' girl was!

What a fantastic achievement and such amazing motivation for those of us in the same situation. Keep up the incredible work and thank you so much for sharing it with us. I know I hate looking at pictures of myself at my biggest, so it takes courage to share that. It must be like looking back at a different person? Your…

Hi all, I'm on pretty much every day (missed a couple over the last year but that's it), feel free to add me :-)

Great ideas everyone, can't wait to try some of them.

Have you tried Heck 97% Pork sausages, tesco have them, just under £3 a pack and they're gluten free, no wheat/rice or fillers. Really tasty.

Absolutely amazing progress, well done on your weight loss and fitness gain. Very inspiring. You look lots younger, it's like looking at pictures of the overweight older guy and his fitter younger brother. This is a brilliant achievement with an important message, consistency, commitment and moderation. Good luck on…

Take your weight in lbs, for example 180, multiply this by 3.267 = 588.06 Take that total and divide by 60 to get the calories burned per minute which is 9.801 and then multiply that by the number of minutes you work out, so say 30 mins would be 294.03 Or you could just log it as so many minutes of circuit training which…

Amazing weight loss, the result of a lot of hard work. Well done on such a fantastic change to your life, your future health and to your family who will thank you over the years :-) You're an inspiration to us all x

I've worked out to Jillian Michael's dvds for months with very little weight loss over a long period of time. My shape changed and presumably I was building muscle. However, given that I have another 45-60 lbs I would like to lose, I need to shift the weight. Once I started on Josie Gibson's dvds, I have lost more than…

You will be building muscle and also shifting internal body fat, which has not great impact on how you look outside. Stick with it, honestly, if you do the 30 days you WILL see a difference. Give it the very best effort you can and if you want to, add more weight/resistance to the strength exercises. I would also recommend…

Well done on the weight loss! I'm on day three of this and it's definitely as tough as 30 day shred, I'm really enjoying the workout in 30 second slim and have ordered the new dvd too. I'll try the diet plan but with some modifications for food allergies.

Hi, I bought the dvd last week and tried it over the weekend at level 1, found it just as challenging as Jillian Michaels. I liked the workout, but the pauses while the trainer checks his watch puzzled me, no one on set able to use a stopwatch and prompt them like Jillian does? I worked through 30DS over six weeks and run…

It was tough but I got through it okay, I think in hindsight I found it as hard as doing 30DS level 2 the first time over lol. It will get easier. Yesterday I did 40 mins of No More Trouble Zones and that was hard going, I was drenched in sweat so grab a towel if you ever do that one lol. :-)

Wow, what a fantastic transformation. You look amazing and I just love that smile. Really inspirational and thanks so much for sharing. My son is taking a picture of me each week to diary my weight and shape changes, I haven't looked at any of them them but I am tracking inches as well as weight. Thanks also for the…

I've been running a lot as it's something I can do with Hubby. However, I did do RI30 Level 3 today and it was torture, I'm dripping with sweat - ewwww lol

Hi Allie, I'll join you, I'm doing a Jillian workout four days a week and running/jogging/shuffling lol five days a week. I need two rest days or I'll get sick of it and if I feel like doing extra it'll be a run. I've done RI30 level two today (good grief it's tough lol) but I enjoyed it. There's a 'table' exercise I can't…

Great photos, well done on the toning up and weight loss and thanks for sharing the photos with us, very inspiring

I'm finishing off 30DS, alternating between 30DS, BFBM and KB&T workouts. I'm doing six days a week between the various ones. I'm also starting the couch to 5 k programme and swim a couple of times a week (I do a messy and slow half mile lol)
