Are you measuring with a tape measure? You may be losing inches and gaining muscle. The scale isn't everything.

Hi, welcome back! I'm also starting up with GSP Rushfit again. (I've done it in the past, but it's been about 4-6 months since I last went through it). I'm doing the intermediate program this go around. Just finished day 1 of week 1.

I am going to start Rushfit in 2 weeks. I took the fitness test yesterday. I initially read good reviews on Rushfit and it sounded exactly like what I was looking for so I ordered it. I'm looking forward to it!

I'm on day 2 of phase 1. I started the diet Wednesday. I've tried it twice in the past but I never got past phase 1 before quitting. My weight loss had hit a plateau despite exercise and counting calories. So, I thought I would give SBD a go again.

If I am exercising in the morning it is on an empty stomach. When I work out later in the day it is about an hour or so after I've eaten.

DFW - I am also signed up for the Zoo Run in Ft. Worth. Going with a group of friends. Should be fun. My next race is on Sunday - Austin 10/20.

Yep, I have the first Zumba game and belt. May get Zumba 2 and some of the Just Dance games too sometime soon.

My Fit Foods are tasty low calorie meals if you have one in your area. You keep them in the fridge and microwave them for two minutes. They have small/medium/large meals. I usually get the small. Another fairly healthy option I like are Amy's frozen meals. They are all organic. They also have soups.

I just did 45 minutes of Wii Zumba. Thanks for this thread - it motivated me to actually use my Wii for games again. :wink:

Taking it small steps at a time. Initial weight loss goal is 20 lbs. Down 4 already, but no specific date set... although preferably in the next couple of months. After that I have another 30 - 35 lbs I want to lose.

I went to My Fit Foods today and bought 6 of the meals to try. I have a friend who has lost a lot of weight on it. The meals are a bit too pricey for me to eat all of my meals daily from. However, if I like them I may eat one of my meals daily as a My Fit Food meal.
