Hi. I noticed that you were not counting your sodium intake and I see that you eat a lot of things that have extremely high sodium. I would suggest tracking that as well and see if you can get the numbers down.

Take a calcium supplement with vitamin D which helps with absorption. I'm 34 and my doc said that I should be taking 1200 mg a day on top of what I eat because of my age. I got a 30 day supply (2 horse pills a day) from Target for $5.

I love greek yogurt and cannot eat the other anymore because of the texture. I use greek yogurt in everything and I even put a packet of dry ranch into a tub of Stonyfield Oikos plain 0% fat. It has much more protein and less sugar and it fills me up so I'm not constantly hungry.

I NET 1200 a day but that's not what I eat. I'm an avid runner so I usually eat (in total) 1800-1900 calories a day and I struggle sometimes to get in 1200 net after running so much.
