I really want to stick to it this time around. I've been doing well so far as far as exercising before I came back to mfp, but I figured I might as well take advantage of the site this time around since it was helpful when I first started. I love the people here. It's nice to "meet" all of you btw.

Today I'm doing day 3 of classic so i'll be doing shoulders & arms and ab ripper. Feel free to add me (anyone) for support/motivation. Every time I've started P90x i've never completed a full cycle so that's my goal this time around is to just complete it. Looking forward to doing this cycle with you guys!

I've never tried it in anything hot, but I too don't like it with water. I usually put mine in smoothies or at the very least, mix it in with rice milk (I don't drink cow's milk). Seems to me it would be fine in hot liquids, but I don't know honestly.

I have done it two or three times over the years. I don't recommend it as a diet or long term lifestyle, but there are benefits to it (and other types of fasts/cleanses). If you're still wanting information on my experiences and what I got out of it, just shoot me an inbox message.
