Did you go 'cold turkey' during those 2 weeks or did you wean yourself off of it? (i.e. drinking one less soda a day, and each week decrease) If you did cold turkey, maybe you could try decreasing your consumption a little each week.

That was me all last week...I became really good friends with Netflix. It seems that when the gym is closed, my motivation to workout is nothing. This week I'm putting some YouTube videos on ! (I did yoga with Adrianne yesterday and used some dumbbells/books for strength training).

Maybe you could try "hiding" them in things you already enjoy? I tend to do this for my son.
