I've been juicing for 6 week now and will have 32 oz for breakfast, 32 oz for lunch and a normal light dinner. I usually use lots of carrots, beets, apples, blueberries, oranges, grapes and as for greens, spinach and kale. Also the beets greens, are excellent for you.
