I'm bipolar and have generalized anxiety disorder as well. I find eveything very difficult everyday, but with good meds, friends (most of mine are on mfp) and family there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel? I try to eat healthy when I can and I REALLY try to not drink because I find its all downhill from there.…

I'm not Filipino but my husband is. I cant speak tagalog (only basic) but my favorite food is Sinigang na baboy (soo good!) I'm always active on MFP and love Filipinos. I love the culture, the... everything (hotness). I am also very good at cooking the food, which is crazy... Thanks :)

Sure you can! Just make sure it's within your calorie budget, make sure you exercise and don't drink to an excess. :)

I'm not too sure about Malaysian food, but for Filipino food my favorite is Sinigang na baboy (pork in a tamarind broth with lots of veggies). saving calories you could also ask for no rice. Mfp has a ton of Filipino food in the database :)

Actually I find a lot of the older music is sometimes better, like the older "A Trip in Trace" or "Ultra Trance" or I also like Euro dance music, lol. Other than that, of course I always like Tiesto, Armin van buuren, Paul van Dyk, Richard Durand, above and beyond, steve lawler etc. Of course there is always podcasts too!…

I plan on doing my own modified "ideal protien" style diet. Low carb lots of veggies (certain) and meat. This can be done and I can prove it! we can do this!!!!

Eat more calories and I find certain perscription drugs effect how much I eat too :/

I absolutely must pick up some of this bread! I have been reading good things about it, and since I eat the same PB&Banana sandwich everyday, might as well have tbe healthiest bread :P

Just mfp, and so far so good! I mean, I still have off days (or should I say, off weekends) but mfp, its free and everyone can do it, I love it! :)
