125! I've been as low as 110 and looked sick. At around 125 I stop "worrying" people! :)

I sometimes call it "I totally f*cked that up" day (if it's a whole day of mistakes) or "ruined it" day (if I did great all except for one thing/meal that screwed it all up)... If that helps anyone out there... ha!

I think a lot of you dummies should be able to figure out what people MEAN when they say muscle weighs more than fat- The same volume or space taken up on your body of muscle would weigh more than the same volume or amount of space taken up on your body as fat. Most people out there do not actually think a pound weighs…

This is also a great idea!

That kind of thinking is EXACTLY what I USED to do... dividing days between "bad" days and what would eventually be a "starting over" day.... it's terrible.... now because of this, I REFUSE to go into the red... I was over by 60something cals the other day and started to think that way, but instead put my heart rate…

I made this for a friend last night and I LOVE IT myself! Use plain fat free yogurt (add splenda to make it as sweet as you like. I have gotten used to plain yogurt and don't use sweeteners myself, but for my friend I added a packet... it's up to you!) and a spoon full of pure cocoa. mix to make a dark chocolate yogurt.…

I LOVE LOVE this. Thank you so much for taking the time to post it.

I'm glad someone was brave enough to ask this! Since I started MFP and eating really healthy I DID notice a serious decline in "activity" there... lol Like once a week!! But, before when I was not paying much attention to what I ate it WAS almost everyday. Thinking maybe I'm eating less crap, so my body is actually USING a…

Thanks Dianna! Yeah, I think I am officially giving myself permission to ignore when my fat intake is "in the red" as it's coming from nuts and olive oil and avacados mostly. Protein powder might be a GREAT idea! I completely forgot about protein powder lol. I used to have a great soy one I kept around the house to add to…

I guess i should have clarified with my intentions on posting. I should have stated "I am on a low calorie intake. I know a lot of you are going to disagree with that. However what I am looking for is help MAKING SURE I am getting the most out of those calories as I can. (As obviously it is harder to fill all of ones…

Anyway what I am trying to say is, I know there is going to be a lot of people freaking out about very low calorie diets, but I think they CAN be used healthily. Like I mentioned before it's all about putting in the extra effort and consideration to use those calories wisely and pack as many nutrients in there and balance…

Copied from the Forum Posts, Love what this guy has to say! "There was a thread that was deleted yesterday where the original poster was asking if it was okay to consume something like 800 calories per day. I'm not sure exactly why it was removed, but it likely had something to do with person after person telling the OP…

I definitely think carbs from fruits and veggies are optimal as far as carbs go. My comment about whole grain whole wheat was mainly calling them "good" in comparison to bleached white starches (white bread ect) that have less nutritional value and fiber. A whole grain whole wheat piece of toast with a tbsp of natural…

Also, if it ever says no water it's just because I forgot to click the little thing... I get at least 84oz of water every day, usually in the form of green tea... I fill up a giant coffee pot thermos first thing in the morning with hot water and drink all day long...always finins out the pot, somedays I even refill it. I…

I have my goals set to lose 2 lbs a week, giving me a caloric intake of 800. But i eat back the 400 or so cals I burn working out so I end up being able to EAT 1200 while still netting my goal of 800. It doesn't work out perfect everyday, sometimes I burn less so I try to eat less, meaning I don't get a full 1200... and…

I checked my settings to make sure my diary is public.. says it is :)

Do NOT stop doing squats and lunges girl! You are building muscle, which is going to "lift" you bum and make it firm under there (under the fat you still have to lose) WHEN the fat that you still have does come off it'll reveal a nice firm and smaller (I promise) but lifted up butt... not to mention toned, firm and slimmer…
