There were moments where the path got narrow and slowed the crowd but I will say going too fast on those parts wouldn't really be possible anyway (steep, slippery, ect) so I wasn't really bothered by it. And most of the obstacles there was room go go next to another person who wasn't moving as fast as you'd like. All in…

There are definitely a few obstacles where you have to climb/pull yourself up... but I think most people with any reasonable amount of fitness can get through it... I know I used my legs to push up more than my arms to pull on a lot of the walls. Go with a friend so you have some help... you'll be fine! :)

Thanks! Good to know Ive been doing it right.. was a little scared for a sec there. I do track fibre and often if Im over 100grams on carbs I'll remind myself to subtract from whatever total I have in the fibre column. I try to keep it under 100g of carbs daily but am thinking to maybe take it down to 50 for a bit... so…

So in the UK they do the math for you... but in the US we need to subtract the fiber listed from the total carbs listed on the label. Is that right?
