I do it when I eat oatmeal :) It is Vanilla Whey Protein and it is lovely. Makes the plain oatmeal go down easier :)

I bought Ripped in 30 first and did it. I don't see why you have to do the Shred first.

Hello! My name is Allison. I have a wonderful husband and two boys. In 6 days I will be graduating from college! I am not on level 4 of Ripped in 30, and I love it! I plan on starting over again with this group on May 1. Good luck everybody!

Well... this is my first day on week 4... and my arms started hurting 3 hours after the workout lol. It was intense but for me personally week 2 was harder for me because of the arms during cardio. (Thanks to a weak but stronger upper body!) I will post in the next couple of days to give you an update :)
