Every other Sunday night we have our bowling league. I usually have 5 or 6 beers I add them in first thing in the morning. I do a longer cardio to make it fit in with my goals. Good Luck!!

Just did the Tough Mudder this past weekend and I need to keep my motivation. Hopefully I can sigh up and do this one if I can arrange my work schedule.
