Keep in mind that exercise that you are doing is likely to also help you build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Try taking measurements of your waist, arms and legs and see if those are going down. As long as that is going down you are on the right track!

Try green tea. Some varieties are caffeine free and the others are very low in caffeine. All types boost your metabolism. So basically you are drinking water, with extra benefits if you get the caffeine free kind. :) Good luck!

So when I put in my weightloss goals into this site, it told me to eat about 1200 calories a day. That doesnt seem healthy to me, especially since i am part time nursing my daughter.
