I was contacted by a buddy, but it also appears I am on this team "Bevsdietfor20, Tina-Fay & Angieshow3" as well. I have no idea how to do a search to find them. And if either of you are looking for me, my user id is actually tina_fay

My kids are 21 and 18 now, and I can't quite remember anything being broken that was expensive back then...no cell phones or lap tops or big screen tv's back in those days! But when my son was 7 he destroyed my car! He and his sister got in the car, he pushed the overide button near the gear shift and put it in neutral (no…

I will be starting 30 DS on Monday. I just finished RI30 with great results and I'm hoping for the same with this workout! Good luck everyone!

I am not a morning person either! But I do workout at 5:30 every morning. I trained myself to get up by setting my alarm 15 minutes before I had to get up, which allowed me to hit the snooze 3 times...it worked for me! There's something "special" about hitting that snooze button a couple of times knowing you get a few more…

My user name is in gray without any information. Does that mean I posted my information on the wrong thread (posted in the original thread)? Should I post it here as well?

I just started day one of week 4 of Ripped in 30. I've been amazed by it so far! I've lost 8 pounds and many inches! I will have a total in about a week when I've finished the entire 4 weeks. I have bought the 6wk 6pk plus the buns workout and Shred. I'm not sure which one to start next, but I'm sure no matter what…

I have noticed that race directors are trying to get non runners to register as a non runner, just to sell more t-shirts...the money goes to a good cause, so they are really pushing for more "sales". I think it's a great idea! Wear your shirt whenever you're ready to. A tshirt to some is about pride, and rightfully…

Congrats! Missing only 1 day is incredible dedication! I'm almost done with week 2 of Ripped in 30 and I've lost 7lbs and about 10" total. I'm really enjoying the pain...as long as I get these results!! This is the first DVD I've done that has truly made me sweat like crazy, yet I've been able to do all the moves, even if…

One of my favorite breakfasts (if I'm not watcing my carb intake) is: A Thomas Everything Thin Bagel (110 cal) 1 tbsp Veggie Cream Cheese (40 cal) 2 slices of lean ham (30 cal) And then you can add veggies for a few more calories, like lettuce and tomato.

I have not done both, but thought I'd share my success with you on JM's Ripped in 30. I finished 1 week and lost 4.5 pounds and lost 7 inches! I've struggled to lose a single pound in 4 months, but this workout kicked it and I'm sure contributed to my loss. Just started week 2 today...it was tough! I have been logging my…

I had a partial hysterectomy in 2008 and gained 30 pounds within 3 months...even though my diet did not change! I have not been able to lose a single pound since then. I begain running 4 months ago and still gained 4 additional pounds! My thyroid level has began creeping up, which is now at 3.59 and that will be checked…

Congrats! Today happens to be my 7 months quit day! You will only continue to feel better! Keep it up :)
