I exercise after my kids have gone to bed, cuz my husband and I work out together. But if I know we won't be able to I have a quick 100 calorie burning workout that I can do while playing with my one year old. 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats and 10 pushups. I also do that when were watching tv.

Wow! Thank you all for the great advice! I have changed my diet and have eliminated a lot out of it, I.e. soda, fast food, quick prepare meals that are high in sodium etc. I will definitely take the exercise tips and try my best. I'm excited to get started and see results! Thanks again everyone!

Right now I'm doing mostly cardio, and I am going to be starting the 10 minute workout DVD. I have tried crunches and sit ups in thepast with little results. If I can get a sitter I'd like to try zumba, or just buy a zumba DVD. The work outs you mentioned, are they DVDs?

Hi, I'm a 27 year old first time mom of a 9 month old boy, I am struggling to rid these last baby lbs. My husband is very supportive, but we have very different schedules so some days I'm like a single mom, so it's hard for me to stay motivated. But I'm doing what I can a little bit everyday!
