Now that GW2 is out, playing WoW is like refusing to accept a free dishwasher because you enjoy the work involved in washing dishes by hand.

Can I be Jane? What about super villain? I'll take Loki. I wouldn't mind wrestling with The Avengers. The Hulk can stay out of it, though.

Yeah, the story is a lot deeper than 'save the girl' and the Mechon look awesome. The battle system is simple once you get the hang of it, didn't take me long. Weapons and armor are a bit intimidating because there's so much of it and it's not clear-cut "this is the better equipment". You can craft gems to upgrade your…

I have both, but haven't touched The Last Story yet. I'm already caught up in enough games at the moment! It's taking a lot of willpower not to play it, though. Xenoblade Chronicles is awesome and worth the money. I don't like all the side quests (which you don't have to do anyway), but the battle system and story are…

The desktop is over three years old, got a friend to assemble it for me: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz Dual-Core 4GB Memory DDR2 Radeon HD 4850 1GB With a Razor gaming keyboard and mouse. And the Republic of Gamers laptop (G55VW-DS71): Intel Core i7-3610QM 2.3GHz Quad-Core 12GB Memory 750GB HDD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M ^^ My new…

You could stick to 1200 and not log your breastfeeding, just consider it a bonus? But 1200 is low for a nursing mother. Just listen to your body and don't allow yourself to go hungry. I'm nursing a 2 year old and I'm hungry all the time even at 2000 calories a day.

I always had issues with fatigue--I would sleep 10-12 hrs a day. The best thing, for me, is getting at least 30 min of walking in everyday. Sunshine and exercise are great boosts to mood and energy! I sleep 8-9 hrs now. I also feel a lot better when I eat healthy (fruits and veg as opposed to refined carbs), no surprise…

Getting pregnant really throws things off too. I was having bloodwork every month and it took a long time afterwards to get back on a steady dose (would bounce between hypo and hyper) and I'm taking a higher dose now than before. It does take awhile to find the right dose. I also used to have a goiter that I could easily…

I have asthma and always had difficulty with cardio, but since I started walking everyday it rarely ever bothers me, usually just in cold weather. I can even run, something I could never do without my asthma acting up. I take synthroid and I don't feel there's any correlation between it and my asthma, especially since I'm…

I was diagnosed when I was 14 (15 years ago!) and as long as my dose is managed (currently 200mcg) I have no problem with my weight. I actually feel the best I've felt in years, since cutting back on processed foods.

I don't like white bread anymore. Took me awhile to switch over to whole wheat, but I'm hooked on it now, used to hate it. I find there's a huuuge range of taste for whole wheat bread, just have to find one you like (some of them are down-right nasty). I prefer a sour dough whole wheat, or multigrain. Costco has awesome…

Videogames are just one of those things I don't sell, so I still own all of mine. Had to get a new AC adapter for my SNES and it was a beautiful thing to see FF6 pop up on screen.

I'd buy SNES games, definitely. When I was a kid, we only got a new game every year so we never had very many (unlike now where I buy a new one like every month and I have so many I can't even find the time to play them all). I'd buy Illusion of Gaia and Breath of Fire 2! And probably Wild Arms for PS1.

I've always played healers too, but I can't say I miss it. Currently enjoying a Sylvari Ranger. Which is funny because the race didn't interest me at first, but is the only one I can make my kind of guy in and I'm quite happy with it now! Armour dying is a HUGE bonus. I hated the look of WoW, I could never get my armour to…

I had pretty much given up on MMOs as I haven't played one I've enjoyed in years... but my husband bought GW2 the other day and I decided to give it a try on his account and... it's so much fun! I'm pleasantly surprised. It's so refreshing to play while still feeling familiar. Gonna cut this short so I can go play it. :D…

I get quite a bit, which bugs me because it means anyone can look me up and creep my online presence. D:

Bacon and eggs. (Whoops, forgot to add one!) Pasta or rice?

I make sure what I'm eating is healthy, but also to enjoy what I eat. I'm not going to eat something I don't like. I also don't deny myself the things I love (baked goods)! When I find something I really enjoy that is also very good for me I tend to stick with it for awhile and eat it daily.

Well, this is an internet forum. I imagine most of the extroverts are out... extroverting.
-
I'm definitely an introvert. I find talking for too long extremely exhausting; just socializing in general. That's not to say I don't ever enjoy it, I just need time to myself to re-energize.

^^ Hell yes! And I still bawl EVERY TIME.

I LOVE DINOSAURS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=C4cS-eEhuVM

I don't see how it's a bad thing to be a "geek", to have an intense interest in things (sci-fi, fantasy, gaming, reading) and carry out the things you enjoy in playful manners (cosplay, LARPing, collecting). Seems more fun than sitting around in a bar, but I guess I'm biased. I guess I just find people who don't share any…

5'4, 100lbs, and my weekly average is 1700. I don't normally eat under 1400, and some days I eat 2000 or more.

I don't have many pictures of me full body from before for a good comparison, but I have a little one in my photos. It doesn't look as drastic because I wasn't obese to begin with, but I still lost 30 pounds!

A plus-side for those of us with wide hips!

Okay, that is really cool.

And sadly, even though Kingdoms of Amalur was so successful, the company still went bankrupt : http://danieljohnston.hubpages.com/hub/38-Studios-and-Kingdoms-of-Amalur-Dead

LOL yes, loved that episode, all the nerdy Dean cosplays.

That would be amazing. :D :D And a B.A.M.Fing costume.
