I'm just under 5'3" and currently trying to maintain around 115lbs but would like to gain muscle so that number may go up. My original goal was to get down to 125 by my birthday last April so I'd way what my license says...had to renew it so it seemed like a good goal. I reached that sometime in March and because of how…

Happy Anniversary, you're doing great!

Low fat popcorn and dark chocolate Hershey kisses. Together or on their own they're delicious!

We have breakfast for dinner all the time at our house (we have our own chickens and usually have tons of eggs). Hubby and I usually eat them at a 1:3 ratio, 1 whole with 3 whites, just to keep the calories down. The yolks don't go to waste since the dogs gobble them up like it's a treat so it's a win/win for us!

you're amazing, way to go!

My husband told me 1g for every pound of your lean body mass, however going to 1g of your total weight should be fine. And like previously posted, you should try to get your protein from a variety of sources, not just protein shakes. Chicken, fish and eggs are the best sources that are also low in calories...at least that…

yes it counts, especially if it's not something you do everyday. I log mine, however I try not to eat back all the calories it gives me for it since it seems really high.

I have the same issue. It fits ok most of time but if my hands get cold at all is starts to slip around at which point I've been switching it over to my right hand instead. My husband actually has the same problem as well since he started losing weight, and his ring isn't re-sizable. You lose weight all over, hands and…

couldn't wait to try it....used a box of Pillsbury moist supreme devil's food cake mix and a can of diet dr. pepper...super easy to make and absolutely delicious! Of course the kids wanted chocolate chips but they gobbled them up without.

OMG, I've got to try both suggestions on here...pumpkin and diet cola. I've never thought of replacing the oil and eggs with one of these, but have done applesauce instead of oil.

My family loves sushi and there's a place we go that has a happy hour where all plates are $1.60! We'd go all the time if one lunch didn't put me over my calories quota for the whole day! Sure fish and rice is healthy, but it's still packed with calories.

Hershey's dark chocolate kisses are wonderful, only 20 calories each and you can make them last by letting them melt in your mouth instead of chewing them...really helps with the need for chocolate!

Aw, make me blush! I'm SO proud of you for making this wonderful transformation for yourself first, and second for us as a family. I'm a very lucky wife. Love you

You've obviously done something to lose the 43lbs you have so that's good. To answer your topic question, I do eat "bad" with results but it's all about moderation...calories in and calories out. You can eat a lot more lower calorie food, or you can eat less higher calorie food, it's all about the numbers at the end of the…

Swai Fish Broccoli Eggs (mostly egg whites so you use a lot of them) Salad Low fat popcorn More than three, but those are all top on my list

I saw another post on here that used it to make pancakes. I've never tried it, but they looked and sounded yummy!

Update - MFP won't let me delete this so I thought I'd update. I miscarried at around 7 weeks so I'm no longer in the pregnant group. Good luck to all of you keeping healthy while growing your little ones.

I'm 35 and just under 5'3", started out at 142 with my first goal being 125 (weight listed on my driver's license). It's been since my early 20's since I was at that weight and I thought it would be difficult to get there. Well, with the help of MFP it was easier than I thought so once I met that goal, I decided to try to…

3rd baby for me too! So far I don't really feel pregnant (only 6 weeks so far). I remember my boobs were a lot more sore and tender with the first two, but I am still breastfeeding my 2yr old once a day so I think that since I'm still producing milk it's helping with the soreness. Hoping to keep the weight gain low with…

I didn't even think about it not being safe to drink...guess I need to do some research. I've been drinking CytoSport 100% Whey in the morning to boost my protein for the day. I sometimes do ok without it, but am still eating a protein bar before working out which helps.

I adjusted mine so it shows the only 20lbs I hope to gain during this pregnancy I hit my goal weight the weekend I found out I was pregnant so I know it's possible to get back down again.

Hi, just found out this weekend that I'm pregnant with baby #3, due around March 2nd (so it's still really early, only about 4 weeks right now). I also hit my goal weight this weekend as well. Since most 1st appointments aren't until 8 weeks I won't be able to see my doctor for a while, but think I'll email her to ask what…

I've found that smart pop popcorn (or any of the low fat varieties) is a great snack that fills you up without a lot of calories, 15 calories per cup popped. Also, if it's really late I just try to go to bed, sleeping usually helps the hunger go away!

Good luck, I'm sure this site will help you achieve your goal. My goal was to lose 17lbs by my 35th birthday so I was the weight listed on my driver's license. I had to renew it this year so it seemed like a good thing to shoot for. I made it with a week to spare, but only because I started tracking my food, it's just…

Wow, the before and after pics really show how good of a job you're doing. Keep up the good work!
