Its generally accepted more now that stretching before an activity is not really needed. That an active warm up is better, and stretching afterwards is ideal.

When I first started Strong lifts it took about 30min. as the weight got heavier and I took longer in-between sets up to 90 mins. I also did a few assistance exercises at the end

I didnt know pizza was unhealthy. But I second the english muffin idea. add some chopped up green peppers and onions, Hell if all you have is bread make it on that.

In general that would seem low for you. As you must weigh more than that and can walk around and jump. But if you keep it up and regularly add weight you'll progress. Its great that your getting into resistance work outs! this type of machine?
