Sometimes MFP is a real eye opener for what we've been unknowingly doing to ourselves. But, now you know, and now you can move towards a healthier you!! when I joined MFP in late February of this year, I had 82lbs to lose... Hang in there! You've come such an amazingly far way and have accomplished so much so far. No one is perfect, and even a little glitch will not define you or ruin all your hard work. I updated my stats in the spreadsheet. I started the 30 days doing Shred It w/Weights, about half way through I started intermittently adding 6 Week Six-Pack, and then switched to just 6 Week Six-Pack.
