I ate one this morning after working out pretty hard at the gym and it was perfect. I was concerned that I would still be hungry but it was filling and held my over for a couple of hours.

Wow ... thank you for sharing. I think it can be a daily struggle no matter where we are in our journey to lose weight, gain weight, maintain or just be as healthy as we can be and you are truly an wonderful example of how the hard work pays off and is so worth it. You are truly an inspiration!

Feel free to add me. I am 49 yrs old and have found it harder to lose and maintain as I get older. I have definitely found that logging on every day and tracking what I am eating and my exercises have kept me accountable. Having friends to encourage and motivate you really helps too!

Good idea on having a notebook in the kitchen - because most likely those of us that are struggling are really eating and consuming more calories than we think. It all adds up!

I think the journaling is key here. That is probably another one of my issues. I can journal fairly well during the day because I pack my food for work and I can enter what I packed when I get to work.
