Definitely look in your local greengrocer if you can. And maybe see if there are pick your own fields around you? around my parts you can go in and get a few containers worth for £ 7 - £8. And then freeze them to make them last longer

Anything sweet is my weakness. And I do mean anything. So from now on I'm going to portion myself. Instead of a whole chocolate bar, maybe an eight instead. I'm working late shift through all the celebrations so the only thing I have to avoid is drowning my misery in chips whilst watching other people enjoy their bbq's and cider and ice :(

I first wake up. Bed hair, clear skin. I always feel cute in the morning.

I manage to hit 1200 the majority of the time so feel free to add. It would be nice to have more friends who are in the same calorie limit as me.

I got other food with it. They just laughed their arses off and never made me eat more than a few forkfuls. That was 7 years ago and I'm still asked If I'd like extra peas.

Tinned ravioli or peas. And lasagna. Uchh lasagna. I once asked my parents to not give me any peas at dinner. Guess what I got for months afterwards. An almost entire plate of peas.

Last year I lost 10 pounds just through walking a lot more and eating better. I would definitely consider it exercise because not only can you walk for a long time it never gets boring or monotonous.
