I can do the 500 jump ropes, but the bicycle crunches are a no go... for some reason my hips pop when I do this exercise and although its not painful I can feel the pops of the sockets...

Hi, I was able to record my weight..but when I clicked to go into the week 1 challenge to record my calorie burn the system just continued searching. Am I doing something wrong??

No rest for me...I jumped in yesterday at Day 3 so I went back and picked up Day 2 for today so that makes me one day behind!!! But I'm happy to report that I was able to do my push ups in sets of 10's vs the 5's on yesterday lol!!! Go me!!
