I asked this of our nutritionist who recommended the site. She said you should eat them because your body is using those calories to give you energy to exercise. I'm not sure I agree, however, you're not supposed to drop below 1,200 calories a day and I would if I didn't eat the extra calories. I'm interested to see how…

I think you can wear a bikini at any regular size (not X sizes). I think the most important thing is to be toned!
