Hey! I'm looking for something as well. I did 30DS and now using it to supplement my running training but in 5 weeks I need to come up with another training plan. It helps when I mix things up as I don't get bored. I'd be VERY interested in what you decide and what you think of it!

Yes...but if you raise your bottom leg (cross your top leg over the bottom and have your knee pointing up) THAT will work your inner thigh...oh...and it kills... But you can't spot reduce. I'm the same way...my inner thighs have rubbed together for as long as I can remember...Just the way I was made I guess.

Way to go! I did 30 day shred and am now using it for cross training and didn't see anything like those results (I lost 3 lbs!) Keep up the GREAT work!

Hi! I'm brand new and have NO friends yet! Please add me. I'm 35, have 30lbs to lose and have been trying to lose it for a year now! Grrrr! I always find having a group is great to keep you going!
